Behind the Scenes of the Mosquito FireTop of Page
This is a 10 episode series called Behind the Scenes of the Mosquito Fire. This series was created and recorded by the 6th grade class at GT School of Innovation in Georgetown, California. On September 6th 2022, the largest fire of the year, the Mosquito Fire, ignited along the Middle Fork of the American River burning over 76,000 acres within the heart of the Tahoe and El Dorado National Forests. More than 11,000 people were affected with approximately 3,700 firefighters and personnel battling this fire. The 6th grade class was able to sit down with a few of these people from various agencies to create this series. Enjoy!
